Navy Pier is great, you should try the Ferris Wheel, IMAX theater and the tall ship cruises.
Well that's a loaded question! There is always something to do that fits the season/holiday. There is a boat show starting this weekend. Always available is the IMAX and Children's museum. Many restaurants Riva's Crab House, Jimmy Buffet's, Bubba Gump's, Billy Goat's, Harry Caray's and Capi's Italian so many choices! Bring your camera....Great views of our city!!
Navy Pier is actually a whole lot of fun with more than enough for anyone to do!! You can ride the ferris wheel, which is a very popular Chicago tourist attraction, and I've taken my girlfriend up there a few times. It's actually an awesome place to just let loose. Also, there are plenty of shops to enjoy, an IMAX movie theater, and quite a few places to eat. Very good stuff. If you're around at 1015 on a Saturday night in the summer there's fireworks too!
