Saigon Grill in Jefferson Park is a little gem. Located at 5736 N. Elston, it offers excellent Pho, spring rolls and Singapore Noodles. Nothing fancy here, just good food and good service. The owner is very dedicated and constantly making sure everything is fresh and talking to his customers. Highly recommended.
