There are about 30 neighborhood markets in Chicago (see the schedule & locations here: http://bit.ly/chimrkt ). My favorite is the Green City Market- 1800 North between Clark and Stockton, Wednesdays/Saturdays 7am-1 pm- www.greencitymarket.org . Because these markets are open on different days of the week, you can find fresh, locally grown food every day of the week!
