Tucker's on Vine St. in Over-the-Rhine is a bit of a hole-in-the wall, but they've been a neighborhood tradition for about 50 years plus. They serve great burgers, fries, even vegan chili and veggie burgers. My favorite is their home fries loaded with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese and seasoned with sage. (sounds strange but they're good) The prices are great as well. I used to eat lunch there when I taught in Over-the-Rhine.
