I would have to say Northside. That's where you'll find the Cincinnati Gay and Lesbian Community on Hamilton Ave: Center:http://www.cincyglbt.com/ . They hold a Northside Pride Festival in Hoffner Park. A few months before the Kings Island Gay and Lesbian day, they put a big billboard high above Knowlton's Corner with all the details.
