Not to my knowledge; however, there are tuition reciprocity agreements between Kentucky and Indiana with a number of area schools, including the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati State, and Northern Kentucky University. The tuition reciprocity agreements allow students from nearby counties in the three states to attend for the in-state tuition rate at participating institutions.
