Is there somewhere to get a list of all the Freedom Trail mosaics in Over the Rhine?

The Freedom Trail mosaics were created in 2004, at which time Freedom Trail "passports" were made available to the public who could even get them stamped at the various mosaic locations. Though the passport is no longer, I was able to track down a PDF copy online (http://www.serendipitydesign.com/green/portfolio/OTR_Freedom_Bro.pdf). You could print the online copy out and visit the mosaic location listed in it.
