Kroger stores have been expanding the number of organic and natural care products they stock, so you might want to check them out. Not sure what they have specifically for babies, but I know they have quite a few products. If you're Downtown, I'd definitely check out Park + Vine.

You can find some great organic and natural products for babies at Park + Vine in Downtown Cincinnati. Whole Foods, located at Rookwood in the Oakley/Hyde Park area has a good selection of natural and organic personal care products for babies.
