When are they planning to start and finish the new Cincinnati streetcar?

The City of Cincinnati held the official groundbreaking for the Streetcar Project in February 2012. Current infrastructure improvements are underway as Greater Cincinnati Water Works is currently in the process of replacing water mains on Elm Street. The water main replacements on Elm Street should be completed by the end of July 2012, allowing streetcar construction to begin sometime after that. Currently, it is projected that streetcar service will begin in 2014.
