I live next door to Cincinnati Tennis Club and being the second oldest club in the nation, I would recommend stopping by. They also host the annual father/son national invitational every year at the end of July.

The Queen City Racquet and Tennis Club offers both outdoor and indoor courts. Their lessons are taught by tennis pros and are pretty reasonably priced. Here's their site: http://www.queencityfitness.com/. Additionally, the Cincinnati Tennis Club (CTC) offers lessons to people of any age group and skill range. To take lessons here, though, I believe you need to be a member. That's something to consider, though, if you want to take lessons regularly and use their 10 outdoor clay courts: http://www.cincinnatitennisclub.com/.
