You can also contact the Queen City Art Club, as they often hold workshops and some of their artist members may give private lessons, as well.

For private painting lessons, check out the Wyoming Fine Arts Center (http://musicartdance.org/), which is aimed primarily at young adults and students. Adults might want to check out Greg Storer's private art classes: http://www.art-classes-cincinnati.com/.
There are also many group painting classes available. Check out Mount Washington ArtWorks (http://www.cincinnatiartclasses.com/) and A Stroke of Art in Beechmont (http://www.astrokeofart.biz/).
