There are several of the Hamilton County Parks around Cincinnati that offer multi-use paved trails, including for bicycling. Miami Whitewater Forest to the west of the city offers a 7.8 mile trail. To the north and slightly west, Winton Woods offers a 2.6 mile trail. Also to the north is Sharon Woods, which also has a 2.6 mile paved trail. Close to the city to the east is Armleder Park, which offers a 1.9 mile trail. Sharon Woods and Miami Whitewater Forest also offer bicycle rentals.

Though there are many nature trails in Cincinnati, most are more hiker-friendly than they are biker-friendly. In Loveland, though, right outside of Cincinnati, you'll find the Loveland, OH Bike Trail, which I've always enjoyed. The trail covers 70 miles and is very scenic, traveling through Newtown, Milford, Loveland, and Lebanon, OH. Other trails include the Lunken Airport Trail (only 5 miles, but close to downtown) and the Friendship Park Trail on the Ohio River (short, but beautiful).
