There are several places that make their own gelato, but my personal favorite is Dojo Gelato. Dojo makes authentic Italian-style ice cream and sorbetto fresh every day at our store. They use as many ingredients sourced locally as possible. The have very creative flavors and their sorbettos are completely dairy-free, so are both vegan and lactose-intolerant friendly. They rotate their flavors based on season, so you never know what you will find. One of their popular flavors has been "Porkopolis" featuring maple gelato and bits of candied bacon. You can find Dojo Gelato inside the Market House at Findlay Market. I highly recommend checking it out.
