Yes, very much so. One of the steepest streets in Perth is Dandaloo Road, City Beach.
At the back of City Beach is a large hill, which has a Water Tower and Reservoir at the top. Kalinda Drive follows the hill between Oceanic and the Boulevard.
The hills in City Beach provide ocean views for many homes that are more than 1km from the beach.
