Would traffic be busy living in City Beach on Oceanic Drive?

We used to live on Orana Cr (two houses back from Oceanic) and could hear the occasional car woosh by if we stood outside on the upstairs balcony.

Oceanic is not too busy, a few cars go by during peak hour but on the weekends and at night traffic is infrequent.
