"Great executive/family living"
Situated on the high side of Spring Hill - some houses with views through to Greenwith and beyond. Close to walking trails and its own reserve/gazebo area. Surrounded by quality executive homes, mainly double story along park frontage and single story dwellings with the larger family in mind.
Since 1993 there have been 54 sales.
