Ugly reviews about Clarendon Vale

How many people who write such ugly reviews about Clarendon Vale actually have the experience of living there NOW not 5+ years ago? Why should the decent people who have bought homes (or rent) in the area be made to feel they fail in some way? I have a very nice property here and am advised to hold on to it; with Paranville a definite plan, This will provide growth in the area and improve house prices.
