Try Botello's Pizza. It is owned and operated by a father/daughter team and in addition to great pizza they also have some great Italian dishes. There is also D'Anardo's Pizza - keep in mind that they are carryout only.

Clearing is right by Midway Airport, and there's not a whole lot going on in the neighborhood. It's pretty residential, and I've seen a lot of chain restaurants over there. However, Cipriani's is a neighborhood favorite, and it definitely deserves to be. I haven't tried the thin crust, but their stuffed pizza is delicious - the crust is really good.
