With some lovely quality homes, this suburb has consistenly performed well over the last few years and with the continued development in the area, will only improve the median price. Popular with growing families after larger allotments and a safe environment, there is an abundance of three bedroom quality built 1960's homes with large gardens and a good amount of living area to get started. Due to the size of the land allotments, developers have long regarded this suburb as a prime place to build new courtyard homes.
