Hi Casey,
If you needed an emergency department St Vincents Hospital is located on 41 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy would be the closest.
The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear hospital is also located close to Collingwood at 32 Gisborne Street, East Melbourne and this has an emergency department for issues relating to the eye and ear.
I have been to both of these hospitals personally and had only have good things to say.
