The best kid friendly parks in Cow Hollow, San Francisco are kind small. That is the case with Cow Hollow Park on the western end.
If you want larger parks you just need to walk up to Pacific Heights where they have Alta Plaza Park (great views from there) and Lafayette Park. You also have the Presidio just to the west and Crissy Field just to the north, so there are definitely no lack of options.
