Is Rosella place in the good side or bad side of Cranebrook?

Most of Cranebrook is nice. Rosella is a nice part of the old section. The newer part, around Andromeda drive is a fantastic. There are a couple of streets to avoid, but you will know you're on one of them as soon as you drive into the street..
