Best Places to Exercise

There are lots of active, healthy people in Cronulla who love nothing more than being in the great outdoors. Get amongst them!

1. The Esplanade Walk/Run - Stretching from Wanda (outside Fitness First) to Bass & Flinders and back (9km). Easy, no hills, but great view and decent distance.
2. Wanda Sand dunes - not for the faint-hearted! Fantastic work out whether walking or running. Fantastic environment to exercise, you will spend most of your time looking at beautiful surroundings rather than focusing on increased heart rate (not).
3. Surf - Wanda, Alley wherever - great workout
4. Swim - in the ocean pools at North or South Cronulla, Shelly or Oak Park
5. Circuit train - Wanda outdoor gym
