Is that house safe for a single woman to live in Deer Park?
Is Deer Park safe for a single woman? I might buy a townhouse there. But I dont know how safe it is going to be for myself

The area is very safe and quiet, lots of young families, elderly Vietnamese couples and young professionals who work in the city. Council are constantly upgrading the area and reviewing projects to make the area for attractive for home buyers and investors looking for a market with upside growth potential, for example the new train station being built which is due in 2024 and the Brimbank greening project which looks to increase tree coverage in Deer Park by 35%.
