There's a new yet very progressive estate agents that has been appearing almost everywhere in the Western part of Melbourne. They are called YPA Estate Agents and I believe they are opening a new office in the Derrimut shopping centre. I know of this estate agent because I sold and purchased my home through their Caroline Springs office about a year ago or so and was very pleased with their service right from the very start - so much so that when I decided to purchase my very first investment property, they were the one I chose and contacted to help me. They found the perfect investment property in Deer Park and are now managing that property for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agent.
