What type of questions would you need to be answered by a lawyer? Are you concerned about the lease terms? You may need both.

I guess I am just worried about the contract in that I'm not a lawyer or realtor and just want to make sure I'm not getting the wool pulled over my eyes so to speak. I'm typically competent enough to read documents and understand them, but when there is so much money on the line I just want to make sure I'm fully aware of what I'm legally getting into. Especially since this isn't a typical deal. I see from your profile that you are both a realtor and lawyer. What would you charge to look over the contract?
