I hate renting, who's a good lender in Denver?

I agree with Ian and Chris. I also use Pyper Lund and a couple of other lenders. Ian is spot on when he says interview a few one from say Wells Fargo, one from a brokerage such as Cherry Creek, and I just did a deal where the buyer used 1st Bank and was really happy with the service.

There are a number of good lender's in Denver. Everything from Mortgage Bankers to Mortgage Brokers. My advice to you first is to interview at least 2 or 3 different lenders. Buying a home is a big decision and you need to feel comfortable with whomever you are going to work with. Some people just click better than others.
