My cousin got married at Heather Ridge Country Club and it was very nice, but that was back when it was a private club and I don't know if it's changed at all since it's gone public. Technically it's in Aurora though, not Denver. If I think of anything else, I will let you know!

A friend of mine has her heart set on getting married in Wash Park, and I can understand why, as it's a beautiful spot. As it turns out, you have to book your wedding MONTHS in advance as apparently everyone else wants to get married there too.
