What are some of the hot selling new construction in the Denver/Longmont area?
Specifically in the $300-400,000 range, with a main floor master option.

A really neat development in Longmont is called Prospect--very modern and all new. Also, there are a number of new constructions on the west side of Arvada (Leyden Rock, Whisper Creek, etc.) along Indiana.

Denver to Longmont is quite a range, and with a lot of variations in between the two (and points in between). I don't know much about headed north, but there are new buildings going in like crazy around Union Station. The whole downtown area and along the light rail seems to be going mad with building right now. Hopefully someone that knows more will answer this better :)
