I frequent the Highlands farmers market which is from 9-1 on Saturdays (June 1-mid October) on Boulder Street. It's not huge but has a decent selection. The farmer's market in Cherry Creek is big...but I find their prices to be high.

I enjoy the Stapleton farmers market on Sunday mornings. Cherry Creek is fun if you like crowds and a large selection. Go earlier to beat the crowds and get the best pick of goods.
