"Don't Blink!"
A small suburb nestled between Renown Park, Dudley Park & Croydon Park. Mostly traditional sized homes and blocks, with a sprinkling of newer townhouses. Close to North Adelaide, many people confuse this tiny suburb with "Davoren Park". Let me tell you, it's nothing like it. Good public transport options (bus & train) and pretty quiet.
Pros
- Close to CBD
- Close to Transport
- Beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, and friendly suburb.
Cons
- Small & not readily known

"The convenience of North Adelaide without the price tag."
Having had the pleasure of living in Devon Park for over 12 months now, I feel that it is a great place to call home. Shops, schools, excellent public transport and leafy open parks are within walking distance. For a coffee or a round of golf head into North Adelaide - only five minutes away. It is the undiscovered gem of the inner city suburbs. My advice is get in now before the secret is out.
