"Drewvale - the best of ALL worlds!"

Drewvale really has the best of ALL worlds – close to shopping centres and schools, and with several parks and playgrounds whilst also bordering natural bushland.

Drewvale offers peaceful and tranquil living yet also providing harmonious connection with major highways and roads.

Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away, whether it be schools, child care centres or the local aged care facility. Take you pick from the shopping centres nearby, enjoy a short 3 min drive to the Grand Plaza shopping centre or the local Calamvale shops.

The suburb is conveniently split into two areas. This allows the suburb to have beautifully maintained and serene estates.

With ever growing public transport routes, the suburb is getting more attractive for young couples and working professionals.

A truly lovely place to call home.

"What Area's Are In The Stretton College Catchment Zone"

Ok i want to talk about what parts of Drewvale are in the actual Stretton College Catchment Zone.

All of Illaweena Gardens & Waterstone Estate are - these 2 estates are in walking distance of Stretton College.
Macquarie Park & Trinity Green are also in the Stretton College Catchment for the school with bus pick up and drop off

I hope this answer's some of your questions about Drewvale & Stretton College.

"We Love it in Drewvale and you will too!"

Having moved into Macquarie Park Estate in Drewvale approx 6 years ago, we love the location and the facilities all located just minutes from our estate.
Just located in the Brisbane City Council this tuly is a fantastic spot to live and raise a family. With Parks and natural bushland located throughout the area this is a place anyone will find easy to call home.
Working just at Browns Plains for Primeland Real Estate my families owned and operated local independent company, for the past decade. I understand the Real Estate in the local area and would love to help more people move into our lovely location. But with new land in shortage the main option for people to secure a home is to purchase an established one. The problem being not too many people move out of Drewvale, however recent strong capital growth is now making it feasible for some families to do so.

Rentals in Drewvale

"Drewvale - The place to call home"

Great suburb - I personally lived here for 10 years and I've been selling real estate in the suburb for 13 years. Public Transport & Stretton College is the big draw cards to Drewvale. The location being on the motorway makes it so easy to get to the city, gold coast or even Ipswich. Its Brisbane City Council so your rates are really cheap and the homes and people is what really makes Drewvale so special. Mostly owner-occupied, a lot of families and its a very multicultural area.

Drewvale offers so much bang for buck over Calamvale and Parkinson!
