Is E.95 & Rutland far enough from the PJs in Brownsville, or still too close to be safe?

Looks far from the projects, but is it an ok place to live? I work in Manhattan & spend most of my time there. I'm also from Cali & grew up around the projects so I know the basic "do's & don'ts". I heard Brownsville is bad, but E. 95th & Rutland seem to be more on the boarder, but is it just as bad or a bit better?

E95 and Rutland is a war zone. Take it from someone who knows the area, stay out of the 90s, seriously.
