Anyone know anything about the River Crossing Apartments on 100th and 1st ave in East Harlem?

I have some friends that live in those buildings. They are nicer than some of the walk-ups in the area but are not as nice (obviously) as a luxury building. They are a few steps above the projects (NYCHA), but still have a very industrial feel/look to the interior of the buildings Lots of stainless steel and whitewashed walls. Electronic doorman, elevators, and laundry in each building.
