"Walk to Aquanation"
What a fantastic street to live in if you enjoy fitness and park land. There are many options of walking treks and places to run, ride or walk the dog. It is also walking distance to the Aquanation recreation center.
The rental value of a 2 bedroom unit would achieve between $350 -$390 per week and a 3 bedroom house would achieve between $420 - $450 per week.
You are sure to achieve capital growth when investing in a property in this location.
