"10km from City"

I was closer to the CBD before this, but it was not conducive to a family. Everton Hills was perfect. Still close to city but a great place to raise the kids.

"Quite, leafy and close to amenities"

Close to Blackwood St precinct, train, Brookside SC. Elevated suburb with great breeze's. Quite neighbourhood. 9kms from CBD.

My family are moving from Tasmania to everton Hills on December 8 we currently searching for a house 3bed and 2 shower double garage. We will be happy if anyone can help us though we have applied for a couple and waiting.

"Perfect for everyone"
I have lived in Everton Hills on and off for most of my life and can safely say  that it is a great little suburb friendly, safe, big parks, shops, gyms bike/walking tracks everything you look for in a place to live. I know all of my neighbors and feel safe walking at anytime of the day or night

"Leafy, friendly and relaxed"
This is the best suburb to raise a family. Our kids love it here. Housing is still affordable, but I have the feeling it will start to go like Mitchelton over the coming years...
