What's a good neighborhood to live in if I'm going to work in the Flatiron District?
Flatiron, New York null is located within the Manhattan local government area, part of the New York City Region in undefined.
I've limited my budget to $2500/month. Convenient gym access, a parking spot, and an easy commute to Flatiron District are the pre-requisites. A building and neighborhood with character would be nice as well.
