Absolutely perfect. Floreat Primary is in the middle of the suburb and is a great school. Churchlands and WEmbley Primary nearby. Two minutes drive to the beach. 10-15mins to town. Lots of lovely parks including Perry Lakes. Not far to anywhere. Lots of families in the area.
