"What a perfect street"
The location of Ford street is great, so close to Eastland and the Ringwood train station that you can walk, although at the same time it is far away enough that it is not too busy or noisy. The street is wide and tree lined making it very appealing. There is fantastic opportunity to invest in a very stable market where prices are still increasing.
The rental income that can be achieved for a 3 bedroom property is between $430 - $480 per week.
