What are the worst traffic areas in Fort Collins?

Typically, College Ave. will get pretty busy during the rush hour times around 4 PM and Harmony at times can become that way, as well. However, you will find after living in Fort Collins for a short period of time, that there are a lot of back roads & shortcuts off the major roads. So, if you're like me, and don't like sitting in traffic a lot, there's almost always a back roads way to still get you where you need to go, although it might be a few extra miles (but it saves my sanity!).
