Fort Collins is really scattered, in terms of neighborhoods. I live near Campus West which is convenient for me because it's pretty close to just about everything. 15 minutes to Old Town, 15 minutes to Harmony/College area. For me, I like being able to get around town quickly, so that's why I like where I currently live. I've often wanted to live closer to Old Town, since there's so much to do there, but you run the risk of being invaded by the college students and/or pricier homes.
