Research proves over and over that early lockouts do not work. They don't reduce crime or misbehaviour , they just shift the time frame for the misbehaviour to occur. The legal drinking age needs to go back to 21, it's that simple. You can't stop kids drinking early at house parties, but 18 year olds should not be drinking in public
