Yes, that is the west side of Southport, known as the "Keebra" or "Keebra Park" area. A few renters, quite a few family home owners. Safe area; lots of families. Plenty of schools around, close to everything. Keebra Park is fast becoming a popular part of the Gold Coast. I think it is a nice area.
