"Convenient & Hidden/Up & Coming"

A lot of people skim over Gepps Cross as a suburb to live, they usually look Northfield, Enfield & Pooraka. The suburb is priced well for First Home Buyers plus investors wanting to add to their portfolio. Properties within the area are typically your 60-70's solid brick or conventional homes on large 600m2+ Blocks. This suburb is up and coming and should see a lot of appreciation over the next 5 - 10 years given the block sizes and location to the CBD.
