According to http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2015/10/here-is-every-suburb-that-will-be-getting-the-nbn-in-2016/ Glen Waverley will have NBN building commence by H1-2016, (H1 meaning first half of the year) so if there is no building commencement by July I'll honestly give up ever expecting NBN to arrive in Glen Waverley for years...
