What's covered under strata fees?
Coomera Waters, QLD 4209 is located within the null local government area, part of the Gold Coast Region in Queensland.
Greetings, I'm considering buying a property in coomera waters but puzzled at the strata fees - I read the answers to the question of how much it is and realized it can be steep - some are as high as 100+ per week, and usually strata covers the building insurance but we are talking about houses here and in this case I presume the building insurance is NOT covered? Then what exactly is covered? TIA.
