Why are blocks of land in Golden Bay quite cheap?

They are relatively cheap, but not enough of them left! I am selling blocks currently in Golden Bay around $240,000 relatively close to the beach, which is what most block buyers in GB are looking for. There are some larger blocks also, in excess of 1 acre or more, that are on sale for a higher than average price, but still good buying. The only problemis.........there are less and less vacant blocks in GB now as they are selling quite well! I seem to sell them as soon as I list them!! Hope this helps.

Are there still good blocks available
