There are quite a few retirement complexes close to the Gosnells train station if that is what you are looking for. There is a Street between Wheatley and Hicks that runs parallel to Albany Hwy which is walking distance to Gosnells train Stn and the town centre. There are quite a few units and villas along it especially between Stalker and Dorothy St and it seems like a quiet well kept street
