Hi braaay,
Gosnells is definitely one of the most hotly contested suburbs in the S.E. Perth Metropolitan Area. In terms of listings, we are currently fourth in S.E. Perth. We could easily be the second if we have a similar turnover rate like the others. Properties are selling very fast in our suburb at the moment.
