Possibly buying on Homestead Road Gosnells anyone know if it is a good/bad area/street to live on?

reduced police budget saw the crime rate soared across Perth. This is seen in other affluent suburbs and not just the ones with bad reputation. On a different note, I personally have seen the new breed of CoG councillors really made an effort to improve Gosnells as a suburb and the first thing to note is the Robinson Park project along corfield. More policing are also seen on the road these days when “they” realised the budget cut was not working. In short, the suburb has Definitely improved and will appreciate in value in the future.
